Nancy Tafoya – Student of the Month

Nancy Tafoya is a senior at Envision Academy of Arts and Technology and currently studying video and photo journalism in her third year with KDOL/MEA. Tafoya is an Emmy award winner with her group project “Turf to Life” She’s transitioned to both student filmmaker and professional video employee with MEA. Summer 2012 she documented the Alameda County Fair’s 100th anniversary by recording guests memories of the fair.
